Conveniently located near both the town center and other attractions. 🏞️ This place is great because it's really close to both downtown and all the cool spots.

I think the space from the standard rooms are a little bit smaller for the ski clothing

An oustanding hotel. Everything was of the highest quality. Nothing was a problem. Some people dressed nicely for dinner, but we slobbed it a couple of times after a hard day's skiing but never felt out of place. Would defo stay again - may seem expensive but the whole resort is, and the standards are very high.

cant think of any faults, they were always one step ahead. the first night the menu was in german (which we didnt mind) - it was fun finding out the words we didnt know - but after that everything else was translated in to english

The bed was cozy and the room was comfortable, with friendly and helpful staff who had a fantastic attitude.

Lack of attentive staff.

Aromatherapy Spa: The flowing strokes and acupressure, combined with the bees' wax and the scent of roses, created a relaxing and invigorating experience that was like being pampered by a team of skilled fairies.

Room Allocation: Some rooms could be a bit noisy, so it's best to avoid those located near the elevators and main corridors.

The service was excellent, offering various free time activities. the breakfast was great with mouth-watering options. the hotel was immaculate, with amazing views and comfortable amenities like dressing gowns and slippers. the staff were extremely helpful and the spa was a nice addition after a day of skiing. the location was centrally located, only 150M from the nearest ski lift.

Felt quite safe, no complaints at all.
